As-Sadiq means a person who is truthful. You know that he will always tell the truth and never lie.

Everyone respected and loved our Prophet Muhammad (ṣallāllāhu ʿalayhī wa-sallam) because he was truthful and trustworthy.

We should also try to be the same. We should always say the truth and never lie. Even if we think that by lying we won’t get into trouble, we should still say the truth. Everyone loves a person who tells the truth. Even if you do something bad, but you tell the truth, the other person will forgive you and become happy because you said the truth.
