A Tried and Tested Cure for Anger

Ḥakīm al-Ummat Mawlānā Ashraf ʿĀlī Thānwī said that if you become angry with someone, an effort should be made to present a gift to the individual with whom you were angry. Even if the gift maybe insignificant making a practice of this will prove to be beneficial in curbing your anger.
